The following article from Courant talks about the content providers’ take on Net neutrality and the battle that is emerging between the two sides. The CTO from VBrick, a company that manufactures switches and VoD products thinks the emergence of high bandwidth on-demand content is going to clog up the Internet. On the other hand the smaller content providers (some specialize in fields like medicine) dread the new super highway plan of the Telecom companies. If the telecom companies in countries in Japan and Korea (whose networks are considered superior to the US) can achieve excellence without this ‘pay extra and play’ approach then why can’t this be done in the US?

Phil Ritchie does not believe that the world is a small place and that words from every interview he gives eventually lands on the Internet. Phil got booted from this week’s Rockstar: Supernova over the Bjork-wannabe Zayira because the band “does not trust his commitment”. So, what led Supernova to say this statement. He gave an interview sometime ago where he said that he did not really care for Supernova’s music and that his primary goal was to gain exposure for his band Lennex.
comScore Media did a survey on the number of unique connections to the various IM servers and Google Talk ranked lower among the popular IM services like AIM, Yahoo! and MSN. Google Talk was ranked lower than E-Messenger.Net and Paltalk. It should be noted that this survey was conducted in the month of May. MSN messenger was on top of the pack with 203,902 unique visitors (a 9% increase from last year).

Also a big thanks to Bluehost for their excellent support.

Think your browser (with or without extensions) can block popups. Push your browser to see its limits. Visit http://popuptest.com/?
I am running Firefox version 1.5.0.4 and the only popup it could not block was the sticky popup. The hitech popups gave me a page not found error.
